These exquisite illuminated initials are painted on heavyweight smooth watercolour paper using the centuries old traditional techniques of illumination and gilding. The gold is 23 carat gold leaf, and the colours are authentic to the period and the historical manuscript from which the letter is taken.
Single initials make wonderful unique presents for birthdays, christening and other significant occasions. Double initials would make a wonderful gift for a golden wedding anniversary. They are certain to become family heirlooms.
Each design comes with a description of its history, and is presented in a beautiful presentation wallet covered with paper hand blocked in gold.
The illustration shows a letter "S" taken from the late 13th century manuscript "The Psalter of the Duc de Berry".

A very pretty bracelet, hand made by designer Carol-Anne who uses glass "seed" beads, Swarovski crystals, and glass hearts, daggers, squares and rounds.
Mixed colours:

Plain colours:
- black, white, emerald green or red.
